What we are
Eigenstate Systems is an engineering company based in Harare. We build operational AI infrastructure: systems that watch, track, decide and act inside real businesses. Our work runs on the cameras, scanners, phones and business software our clients already own, which keeps capital cost down and shortens the path to something working.
How we think about the work
Every system starts with an operational problem rather than a technology. A gate that needs controlling, a workshop losing hours to paper job cards, a payroll run that takes three days, a fleet losing fuel on long routes. We map the bottleneck first, then choose the least complicated technology that removes it.
Responsible by default
Our systems operate against verified information and defined rules. When a request falls outside those rules the system escalates to a person instead of guessing. Exceptions, sensitive actions and anything with money or safety attached stay under human control.
Where we work
We are based in Harare and deliver across Zimbabwe, with the same stack applicable across African markets. Engineering and support are delivered locally, which matters when a camera goes offline or a site loses connectivity at month end.
