One system for the enquiries, bookings and follow-ups your business runs on

InOne CRM is our customer platform: enquiry capture, a shared inbox, pipelines, calendars, invoicing, campaigns and review management as one product rather than five subscriptions that do not speak to each other. Most businesses here do not lose work through lack of effort; they lose it because the enquiry, the promise made on WhatsApp and the appointment date sit in three places the business does not own. We configure it around your operation, host it and support it from Harare.

Every lead, follow-up and appointment in one place.

What is actually inside the product

InOne CRM ships as modules you switch on as you need them: capture (web forms, funnels, landing pages, QR codes), conversations (a shared inbox across WhatsApp, SMS, email, social messages and logged calls), pipelines, calendars, documents (quotes, pro-forma, invoices, payment reminders) and outreach (campaigns, service reminders, review requests). Every module writes to the same customer record, so switching one on next year does not mean re-entering your customers.

Catching the enquiry before a person is free

Enquiries arrive at inconvenient hours, and an unanswered message on a Friday afternoon is usually gone by Monday. You can publish an enquiry page or booking form and put a QR code on a flyer, price list or vehicle, and every submission lands as a lead with its source recorded. After a few months you can see whether the radio advert, the Facebook page or the sign at the gate actually produces enquiries, instead of guessing which spend to renew.

Appointments that hold

For workshops, clinics, surveyors, lodges and service teams, the diary is the business. InOne CRM publishes real availability per technician, room, bay or branch, takes the booking from the customer directly, and confirms it in writing on the channel they used. Reminders go out ahead of time, and a customer who cannot make that morning reschedules by replying instead of phoning during working hours.

Reputation and the customers you already have

A long list of past customers is the cheapest source of new work. InOne CRM asks for a review at the right moment after a completed job and routes an unhappy reply privately to a manager before it becomes a public post. Campaigns send service reminders and reactivation messages to segments you define, on a schedule you approve, with opt-outs honoured automatically.

Where the CRM meets the physical operation

Our wider work connects physical events to digital systems, and InOne CRM is where those events become customer actions. The Front Door WhatsApp concierge running in production for Harris Auto answers enquiries and hands qualified conversations across with the history attached. At Highlands House, the boutique guest lodge in Harare whose Hotel OS we are building, the same principle covers guest bookings and follow-up.

What it covers

Shared inbox

WhatsApp, SMS, email, social messages and call logs in one thread per customer, so whoever covers for a colleague can see what was promised.

Capture with the source attached

Forms, funnels, landing pages and QR codes feed one pipeline, and each lead carries where it came from.

Bookable calendars

Availability per person, room, bay or branch, with written confirmation, reminders and reschedule-by-reply.

Documents and chasing

Quotes, pro-forma documents and invoices raised from the customer record in the currency the deal is priced in, with overdue balances followed up automatically.

Roles, limits and audit trail

Branch separation, approval limits for discounts and bulk sends, and a visible record of who changed or exported what.

How it works

01

Assessment on site

In week zero we sit with the people who answer enquiries and hold the diary, and document the numbers, inboxes, price lists, calendars and accounting package you run today. The output is a plain list of where enquiries die.

02

Configure and migrate

Over weeks one to three we build your pipelines, forms, calendars and document templates and bring across the customer history you hold, however untidy. The system records and observes before it may send anything outward.

03

Rules and limits

In week four we agree wording and tone, reminder timing, discount and sending limits, user roles, and which situations must reach a person. These are tested against real historical enquiries before go live.

04

Go live and tune

From week five your team works in the system, with short hands-on sessions for sales, reception and admin staff. We review weekly at first and adjust stages, templates and reminder timing.

Questions buyers ask

Is there a mobile app, and can staff work from their phones?

Yes, and most daily use is from a phone: today's calls, today's appointments, and replying to messages. Screens stay light on mobile data, and actions queue and send when the connection returns rather than failing silently.

Do we own the data, and can we get it out?

The account and its data are yours, held in your own environment or a dedicated tenant with an agreed retention period. Customers, conversations and documents export in standard formats, and you are told where the data lives before anything is migrated.

Does it replace our accounting or ERP system?

No, and we would not advise it. InOne CRM is the customer-facing layer up to the sale; finished invoices and payments pass to the accounting package you already use. Where an older local package cannot integrate, we agree an export routine and say so at assessment, not afterwards.

How is it priced?

By number of users and modules switched on, as a monthly platform fee plus a one-off implementation cost for configuration and migration. You get the figures in writing after the assessment; quoting before we have seen your channels and data volumes would be a guess.

Our staff are not technical. How hard is it to learn?

A receptionist or salesperson uses two screens: who to contact today, and the thread to reply in. Training for those roles is short and hands-on at your premises; managers get a longer session on reporting, permissions and campaign approvals.
